Techlogiks wall mount optical fiber distribution frame is available with 12 to 72 fiber capacity and suitable for different types of fiber adaptors like LC, SC, ST, FC, E2000, MTRJ. The terminating box includes the metallic casing, adapter plate, splice tray, and other necessary materials for the termination of optical fiber cable. It is designed properly for the fiber splicing and distribution. Separate storage shelf and distribution shelf can be offered if required.
Shelves are designed with enough capacity for fiber splices and it is suitable for 12 to 72 fiber splices. It is made from fabricated mildvsteel not less than 1.2mm thick or equivalent and painted in good condition. The Fiber Distribution Frame shall be of corrsion resistance and robust construction and shall allow both top or bottom entry for access to this splice trays.
It consists of adaptor panels and adaptor modules*. Adaptor plates are available for 24 to 72 adaptors and can accommodate SC, LC, FC, ST, E2000 adaptors.

A splice tray attached on the middle of distribution frame shall have the capacity to secure the fiber splices each. Splice trays shall be stacked up for higher splice capacity and be easily detached again. A splice tray shall accommodate maximum 24 sleeves for loose tube connection and 12 sleeves for ribbon connection. The design of the splice tray shall ensure that the fiber shall not bent to a radius ≤30mm.
The splice protector may be a suitable plastic heat shrinkable material with an internal stainless steel rod for tension relief.
