Rack Mount Distribution Frame

Techlogiks 19”rack mount optical fiber distribution frame is available from 12 to 144 fiber capacity and suitable for different types of fiber adaptors like LC, SC, ST, FC, E2000, MTRJ.  It includes the metallic casing, adapter plate, splice tray and other necessary materials for the termination of optical fiber cable. Separate storage shelf and distribution shelf can be offered if required.

Distribution Shelf :-

Shelves are designed with enough capacity for fiber splices and it is suitable for 12 to 144 fiber splices. It is available from 1U, 2U, 3U and 4U dimensions. The Fiber Distribution Frame is made from corrsion resistance material and robust construction and shall allow both top or bottom entry for access to this splice trays.

The FDF provide complete restore of the sheath integrity of the cables and provide secure storage for the fiber splices.  It include all necessary parts to complete the joint.  This will comprise all components to protect and store the spliced fiber and provide sheath continuity. The distribution frame shall be designed with enough spare capacity for the fiber splices. The distribution frame shall be made from fabricated mild steel not less than 1.2mm thick and painted in good condition.

Distribution Module:-

It consists of adaptor plate and adaptor modules*. Adaptor plates are available for 24- 144 adaptors and can accommodate SC, LC, FC, ST, E2000 adaptors.

Splice Module: -

A splice tray attached on the middle of FDF-FR shall have the capacity to    secure the fiber splices each. Splice trays shall be stacked up for higher splice capacity and    be easily detached again. A splice tray shall accommodate maximum 24 sleeves for loose    tube connection and 12 sleeves for ribbon connection. The design of the splice tray shall ensure that the fiber shall not bent to a radius ≤30mm.

Splice Protection Sleeves**: -

The splice protector may be a suitable plastic heat shrinkable  material with an internal stainless steel rod for tension relief .
